Breeden Falls is a waterfall on Rock Creek in Washington state. It is a little bit north of Towell Falls, and under the right conditions, you can most likely visit both falls in the same day. Breeden Falls is highly accessible, as you can drive right to it, if Breeden Road conditions are suitable to your vehicle. It is a dirt road, and when wet, it is pretty muddy and slick. I chose to park on Jordan-Knott Road and walk the 1.6 miles to the falls. I did not want to risk getting my car stuck. Ground clearance could be an issue at some points as the ruts are pretty deep and if slick, it might be difficult to stay on top and not slip down and high center your rig. On the bright side, when there is incline/decline on the road, you mostly have to deal with the large rocks in the road, and not the mud.

As far as I understand BLM and Washington state laws, you may camp anywhere in this area as it is a part of the Rock Creek Recreation Site. There are established campgrounds at the Towell Falls trailhead at Escure Ranch. I did see a couple nice flat spots off the road that may have been suitable for a tent as well as some places where the road widens enough to get out of the way and vehicle camp. Dragging a trailer in here might be a bit of a challenge, but since I have never done that, I do not really know just how challenging it would prove to be. I did not see signs recommending you not do it, so I guess it is up to you if you want to try it or not.
I did see that there is fishing allowed on Rock Creek with the proper licensing. The season for fishing is the first Saturday before Memorial Weekend through October 31st, but it appears that there is a selective tackle enforcement and it is catch and release only. I would assume that trout and bass are fishable species as they are also found in Rock Lake, but I cannot be certain of that. I did see quite a few different raptors out there, so bird watching could be fun also.

Overall, I found the walk to the waterfall pleasant and not very strenuous. It was worth the time and effort to get there and view it. I can see myself making a return journey in drier conditions on the motorcycle so that I can get some better photos of both Breeden Falls and Towell Falls, as well as getting some camping in. I believe that you are far enough away from any cities or towns that the sky would be pretty dark here, giving you some awesome stargazing opportunities. If you are in the area and looking for a little adventure, this would likely fit the bill.
This should provide a downloadable PDF for the area: https://www.blm.gov/sites/default/files/docs/2021-02/orwa-rock-creek-map.pdf
